Opening Support Tickets via Email

If you're trying to open a Support Ticket via Email and you DO NOT receive a confirmation email that it was opened, that means we don't have record of it. Due to heavy spam, we do not allow forwarded emails to be used as a means to open a ticket.
At any time, you may login to the portal and check that your ticket has been received.

You may also easily submit a ticket any time through our portal at

You will NOT be receiving an email stating that the ticket was not opened from our system.
